Sky believes that real estate business should be about listening carefully to what clients are saying, what they need and what they want to accomplish. He believes that quick and open communication is absolutely essential, and this is often reflected in reviews/comment from his clients. If you ask him, Sky will be the first to tell you his job is not a “sell” you a property. It is to diligently seek and find what best matches up with the needs and wants of his clients. He has worked at all levels of management during his career in retail. He knows what it takes to satisfy a customer. The skills he developed during this time has given him keen insight into how to work effectively with people, lead large groups and most certainly how to lead, guide and advise each client on what the biggest purchase of their life may be. He loves his family. He and Cheryl have been married for almost 20 years and are the proud parents of their son, Cody, who is an honor student at Cedar Creek High School and hopes to attend TCU. The family enjoys spending time traveling and love to spend time in the Colorado mountains or on a Beach. Sky is active in the community; leading a youth group at his church, Co-Chairing the We Believe in BISD committee that supports schools, volunteering on school district committees, and has been a Director on the Bastrop Board of Realtors for the past 3 years. Currently serving as Vice President and recently elected to President for 2023. He has been a realtor since 2016 and has been a part of NSPG since it was founded. He is an active realtor and serves as the Productivity Coach for both the NSPG and Muzzy Property Group teams. Regardless of whether he is the listing agent or a buyers agent, he works diligently on behalf of his clients to use his market expertise, negotiation skills and attention to detail in every transaction.
